Scope:

  • Preventative Maintenance & Service for mechanical equipment and security systems for the hospital and 15 Metro San Diego Medical and Dental Clinics
  • 29 JCI employees plus 10 – 15 subcontractor employees on-site
  • Performed M&S for the past 6 years helping the hospital to pass two Joint Commission (TJC) evaluations
  • Systems Covered: HVAC Equipment, Fire Alarm and Suppression Systems, HVAC Control System, Pneumatic Tube, Nurse Call, Infant Security System, Seismic Equipment, Med Gas, RO/DI Water System, Emergency Lighting, Refrigeration Equipment, Door Systems, and Elevators

  • Since 2000, Johnson Controls has provided Air Emissions Monitoring and Operational and Control Device Installation for NAVAIRDEPOT Cherry Point
  • Achieved a cost avoidance of $108,069.90 through the elimination of excess labor
  • Every 20 seconds, our Metasys system provides monitoring to 130 Air Control Devices – monitoring achieved through alerting, graphing and reporting components
