Al-Shera’a will feature the latest of artificial intelligence solutions across systems and spaces, including a digital concierge for every occupant and visitor.

Johnson Controls will also implement its innovative services including remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance, compliance monitoring, and advanced risk assessments to monitor the energy efficiency and space performance using central artificial intelligence, powered by OpenBlue to optimize buildings sustainability.

Results

Through these innovative technologies, Al-Shera’a is expected to utilize up to 50% less water than comparable buildings.
