Breathing in fresh, clean air indoors is important for good health. Most of us spend around 90% of our time indoors; so it's imperative to ensure that the air we're breathing is clean. Many researches across the globe have confirmed the obvious benefits of an excellent Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) in terms of the occupant's health, comfort, and well-being. It also has a huge impact on the productivity of employees.
IAQ encompasses many elements like Thermal comfort (space temperature, relative humidity and air distribution), air filtration, microbial control, addressing harmful TVOC gases, appropriate ventilation standards etc.
Though IAQ problems surface often because it was not incorporated in the design process, when the building was getting constructed, there need not be any despair! Recognizing the issues and wanting to make a change and improve the IAQ at workplace is a great and appropriate first step.

Johnson Controls ESP’s have been specifically designed for controlling the dust level in the indoor environment and also for providing adequate ventilation in conditioned spaces.
UV lamps for AHU, FCU, Split AC, sterile wand etc. The UV lamps is used to disinfect the coil & air in Air conditioning units. The coil disinfection will result in clean coil & power saving.
PCO for ducts , AHU etc. The PCO module contains TiO2 catalyst which will generate oxygen ions & hydroxyl ions from air. The Ions generated are highly unstable, so they react with microbes & break them into Co2 & H2O.
Room sterilization & filteration unit, can be used in conference rooms, schools, colleges, shops etc. The room sterilizer contains a ESP section, UV lamp & Blower. The air in the room will be sucked and passed through ESP & UV lamps. The ESP filters the air & kills 95% microbes, remaining microbes will be killed by UV lamp.
Air filteration & sterilization unit, can be used in hospitals, isolation wards to convert normal rooms to negative pressure rooms. The mobile Hepa Unit contains Hepa filter, UV lamp & fan. The air inside the room will be filtered with the help of hepa filter & sterilized with the help of UV lamp. It can be used as both recirculation unit.
Kitchen exhaust scrubbers, can be used in kitchen ventilation system. Kitchen air is sucked with the help of a blower traps large dust particles. The oil & dust particles, some as small as 0.01 microns, pass through an ESP section which will have a ionizer & collector.
